The Importance of Article One

Article One of the U.S. Constitution is very important, mostly to the U.S. Congress. This article was ratified in 1787. Its importance is that it states all the duties and responsilbilites of the U.S. Cogress. The Congress has to follow these rules. This article also says what the Congress can and can't do. Article One informs people on how a bill becomes a law. Definitely, this article is very important to people.
